Tinned fish is a healthy source of protein with all essential amino acids. The good news though is the level of mercury in most fish is very low and while we appreciate that some people are concerned with the amount of mercury in their diet, based on independent testing we are happy to report that Fish 4 Ever's mercury levels are in most cases 10 times below the limits set by the World Health Organisation (WHO) and Food Agricultural Organisation (FAO) Codex of 1mg / kg.
