Serving White Tea
When serving White tea, take care and time. It is highly recommended that you use only fresh spring or filtered water. Once the water has boiled, let it rest for a minute so as not to scorch the leaves too much.
Be generous with the amount of tea leaves you use. Unlike Black Tea, White Tea is bulky so depending on your taste, 1 to 2 heaped teaspoons can be used per cup. Steep your White Tea for 5 - 10 minutes, allowing the unique characteristics of the superb rare leaf to develop. White Tea leaves can be used more than once as each subsequent infusion delivers a completely new taste experience. For subsequent infusions, you will only need to steep your tea for 2 - 3 minutes.

Why is White Tea so Special?
Much is being written about this prized tea with White tea reported to contain more polyphenols, the powerful antioxidant that fight and kill cancer-causing cells, than any other type of tea.
White Tea is the least processed of all teas and should be left as close to its natural state as possible.
