Delivery Schedule
At First Ray, we aim to deliver your order to you as soon as possible. Generally orders will be delivered within 3-4 business days.
Delivery Limitations
If you live in a remote area of Australia your delivery time can be extended to 7-10 days.
If you choose "courier" as your preferred freight method someone needs to be available to accept delivery of your parcel. Alternatively, you can select Australia Post or provide a business address.
Delivery Options and Costs
Our system calculates your delivery cost dynamically based on the actual physical weight of your order, your chosen delivery method and the area you live. You will be asked to select the following in the "Shipping Method" area during the check out process:
1. Your preferred Delivery Method (Australia Post or Courier)
2. Your Country (Australia and New Zealand at this stage)
3. Your Area

At First Ray we will pay any freight costs that exceed those outlined above. In 'Remote Areas' we also reserve the right to send your order via Australia Post if we deem this to be more appropriate, we will NEVER charge any more then what our system calculates.
