Delivery Schedule
At First Ray, we aim to deliver your order to you as soon as possible. Generally orders will be delivered within 3-4 business days.
Delivery Limitations
If you live in a remote area of Australia your delivery time can be extended to 7-10 days.
Delivery Options and Costs
Our system calculates the cost of postage dynamically based on the actual physical weight of your order and the delivery area.
During the check out process you will be asked to select the following in the "Shipping Method" area:
1. Your Country (Australia and New Zealand)
2. Your Area (this is generally either Metro or Non - Metro)

Rates For Australia and New Zealand
First Ray will pay any freight costs that exceed those outlined above unless there is a system failure. In this case we will call you to advise of correct delivery rates.
