Freight is paid for by the Customer and based on the size of your order and the destination of delivery.
We aim to keep freight charges down to a minimum and are very happy to provide estimates of freight costs upon request.
All wholesale orders are sent by courier and therefore someone must be available to sign for the order. If orders are returned to First Ray due to there being no one available to receive the order then we reserve the right to charge the additional freight costs.
