At First Ray, we aim to deliver your order to you as soon as possible. Orders will be dispatched within 24 hrs (Mon-Fri). Your order should be delivered within 2-4 business days. We have also provided an Express Post option - just in case.

If you live in a remote area of Australia your delivery time can be extended to 7-10 days.

We use Australia Post e-parcel service for all orders to home addresses and Post Office boxes. For business addresses we may use a courier.

Our system calculates the cost of postage dynamically using Australia Post pricing based on the actual physical weight or cubic size of your order and the shipping postcode.

e-Parcel will deliver to your door. If you are not home a card will be left and you may need to pick up from your nearest post office.
