Realfoods By Organico Lemon & Mint Couscous 250g
Delicious, light and versatile!
Delicious, light and versatile, couscous is an excellent alternative to rice that can be enjoyed hot or cold. Zesty and fresh, this organic couscous enriched with lemon and mint is perfect on its own - or try with grilled artichokes, feta or prawns.
Place contents in a bowl, boil kettle and add water to bowl, just covering contents by ½ cm up to 1cm, cover with lid. The couscous is cooked in 3-4 minutes. Fluff it up with a fork and add a splash of olive oil.
